Sunday 19 March 2017

"On a low cabinet stood a pair of yellow silk shoes. These were the shoes Sara Foswinchel wore when she danced the fateful minuet".

Here you will also hear "Haugtussa", a story about a young girl's first love - and heartbreak, composed by Grieg and performed for the first time by Maren Welhaven's daughter, Eva Nansen.
