It is a great honor to be awarded the Spellemannsprisen in the Classical category for the album Frederick Delius - A Mass of Life, together with Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra, Bergen Philharmonic Choir and Collegium Musicum's choir.

Sir Mark Elder's first concert as principal guest conductor of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra was entirely devoted to his Norwegian friend Frederick Delius' rarely performed Eine Messe des Lebens (A Mass for Life).
